About us

Elitra started because I got tired of digging through generic auction sites and marketplaces trying to find a single Pokémon card. Most of those platforms treat cards as an afterthought, one small category buried under random TCGs, signed memorabilia, and everything else under the sun. I wanted a site that is just Pokémon. Nothing else competing for space.

How does payment work?

Buyers pay securely through Stripe. Funds are held until delivery is confirmed, then released to the seller.

Can someone snipe an auction in the last second?

Not really — any bid inside the last 30 seconds extends the timer by 2 minutes.

What does Elitra take in fees?

7% commission plus Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee — about 9.9% total on a typical $100+ sale (the fixed 30¢ makes the rate higher on very cheap items). Still well under eBay's ~13–15% on trading cards.
